Pacific Vintage HOA Executive and Board Meeting

All board meetings are audio recorded. Agendas are available upon request from the management office. Owners are welcome and may speak during the Homeowner Comment section at the beginning of each meeting on agenda items only, or during the Homeowner Comment section at the end of the meeting on any issue. Owners have a right to request a copy of the audio recording of a board meeting, the minutes or a summary of the minutes of any board meeting in electronic format at no charge (audio recordings will be reproduced at a cost to the owner of $25.00 each). If the association is unable to provide the copy or summary of the minutes electronically, you can receive them in paper format at a cost not to exceed 25 cents per page for the first 10 pages and 10 cents per page thereafter.
